COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

As a medical practice, we remain open to help our patients.

In line with the government directed self-isolation rules, please call our team before attending any appointments if you have:

• Travelled overseas at all in the last 14 days (including if you are currently subject to the government mandatory self-isolation which commenced 15 March 2020).

• Had close contact with a person confirmed as having had COVID19 (Coronavirus)

• Are experiencing symptoms of cough, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath

Responses will assist us in keeping all our patients and our team safe during your care experience with us.  This may mean that we are not be able to see you for your scheduled appointment and may require rescheduling as clinically indicated.

In line with the government directed social distancing rules we are required to limit the number of people attending our practice at any one time.  Therefore, we request that you limit people accompanying you to your appointment to 1 partner/caregiver per patient.

Please do not bring in larger family groups or social supports at this time.

This is important because we see immunosuppressed and ‘at-risk’ patients in this practice.

If your circumstances change, please let our team know before your next appointment. We thank you for your understanding and assistance at this unprecedented time.
